Rent is due on the 1st of each month and late on the 6th. All late payments will be subjected to late fees payments.
Once an applicant is approved they have 3 business days to pay the security deposit in full. Upon receiving the security deposit payment, the house will be held in the applicant’s name for 30 days. The new tenant can choose any time during those 30 days to move in.
Yes, our application fee is $50 per applicant. All applicants 21 or older will need to fill out an application and pay the $50 application fee.
Yes, as long as our homeowners agree, but a non-refundable fee of $400 is required. This covers the first pet. Each subsequent pet is $100 per approved pet. Max 2 pets.

Leave the property in clean condition. (Sweep all hard surface floors, vacuum all carpeted areas, wipe down all counters, cabinets, and/or elevated surfaces. Leave yard in well maintained condition (Mow lawn, weed-eat, and remove all trash and debris from yard area).
Once approved you will be prompted to pay the security deposit to hold the house. The lease can be signed anytime during the 30-day period, you must call our office and make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance before signing the lease. The first month’s rent or any prorated rent will be due at lease signing.
We will send you a lease renewal about 30-45 days before your lease expires, if you elect not to renew your lease we will need a 30 day notice to vacate in writing. This notice can be turned into our office or can be emailed to your property manager.
